Lia Fagan is the founder + designer behind Mod Pieces, a GTA based lifestyle brand specializing in statement lighting + decor.

After studying interior design at Sheridan College and working in the field for 5+ years, Lia founded Mod Pieces in 2010 out of a desire to join the ranks of the indie biz community, share her unique style with the world, and offer consumers an alternative to cookie-cutter design.

Mod Pieces values are simple, we believe in taking big risks in life + design, creating an environment that makes you smile by surrounding yourself with stylish items of substance, and not being afraid to reflect your individuality in everything you do.

Since opening their virtual doors, Mod Pieces has grown their reach to service like-minded folks near and far with their work. First, reaching the retail world via their online store & wholesale partnerships, next reaching the local community via shows and events, and lastly, reaching the design world via relationship building and collaborative partnerships with other artists & designers.

This adventure has allowed Lia to participate in events like the One of a Kind Show and NY Now, appear on television networks like Global and City TV, and have her work featured on hit shows like The Jennie Garth Project and Big Brother Canada.
